As the artist I have full right to deny making a commission if I find that the commissioner has shown red flags towards me. Few things that are red flags:
Requesting on my Won’t/Don’t list.
Debating on my prices.
Departing on my Won’t/Don’t list.
Acting creepy / flirting
Use of AI / NFT
^ Either will be blocked or blacklisted from commissioning.
As an artist I refuse to allow my art to be put through any AI tool and NFT usage in any form.
As the artist posts my commissions online, if you do not want it posted online state that before I finish the commission, if you want to be @ when the art is posted request the mention.Client Rights
Once full payment has been completed you own the art, but are not able to claim yourself as the artist.
Use the art as anything, stickers, profile picture, banners, ect.
No commercial usage! Unless you pay double the original price.
Online posting is accepted, with small requirements:
Linking my commission page or crediting me
Do not claim you are the original artist
You as the commissioner are allowed to use my art as reference when commissioning another artist!
You as the Commissioner are allowed if deduced behind to use my sketch to be finished by another artist.Section 2 ➜ Payment & Refund InformationPayment
Not pay per hour, I have my prices listed. If you are confused I'll be happy to answer.
Method of payment:
Paypal
Robux ( gifting method, amount will be the same as if you are buying a normal commission; $5 would be 500R or $10 would 1000R )

All sketch Commision will be up front payment!
Discussion of how you will pay will be after a sketch is finished. May choose to pay full up front or half now and rest when finished, if you aren’t able to pay at the moment then you have 3 days to be able to pay or the commission will be on hold.
Once full payment have been received art withoutRefund
canceled before any pay, nothing to be refunded.
Requesting refund after paying:
Line-art without color, 2/3 refund
Line-art with color, half refund
Almost finished Art-work, half refund will be received due to time/effort
Fully finished Art-work, No refunds
If there is any certain question on more possible types of refunds don't be shy to ask.
NO REQUEST OF REFUNDS after Art-work has been finished and sent over without water-mark.Cancellation From the artist(me) is a full refund, no matter what stage. I like to keep my personal life private so I will not go into detail of why. The amount of time art usually would take depends on the number of commissions.
Sketches; 3 days - 1 week
Line art; 5 days - 1 week & half
Render; 2 weeks - 3 weeksIf unable to complete a sketch within the normal duration I will notice the commissioner, either a deduction of how to start or to suggest going to another artist.Artist(me) and Commissioner(you) Communication is KEY.
Before sketching stage references and discussing what you want is mandatory, I will not be able to start a sketch without that.
During the sketching phase adjustment or changes are always accepted, don't be shy to tell me ways to make something you want.
Once the sketch is completely finished and the Commissioner has agreed, the line-art will be started.
Once line-art is computed NO changes can be made.Requesting a newly made fursona is difficult, so references of chartered or animals or anything will help. At the bare minimum 5 different references will be needed.Section 4 ➜ Additive InfoNSFW
I will NOT accept any GORE or NSFW commission from anyone under the age of 18.

Do not request any on my DON’T listing I will not draw anything that is related to Rape, Incset, Feral nsfw or, childrend in anyway or form.
Kinks / Fetish, I suggest asking if I'm comfortable doing a certain type of kink or fetish.
Do NOT request characters that aren’t adults, won't draw them in anything sexual.Art Style Improvement
My art will always be improving over time. Which does not mean because buying a commission year back and coming back later wanting a free re-draw is allowed.
My art style is still in progress, I'm finding what I want with my style.
